With her husband Robb, she has raised three adventurous children, Seth who lives on an island, Sophi who is studying to be a doctor, and Chloe who is an artist responsible for much of the art in The Lab. These customized interventions, with the right combination of individual coaching, training, team building and policy changes, systematically improve a workplace. They keep her honest in her mission to approach conflict well…happy to give some constructive feedback… and all four have taught her much about living, laughing, and being authentic. Selina is a leader in the field of conflict navigation and dispute resolution, active both locally and nationally in supporting efforts to promote thoughtful approaches to conflict. The result: employees enjoy coming to work again.
